The sauna area was fantastic! Despite it being closed when we arrived, we were able to access it for an extra fee and it was well worth it.
The room we booked was advertised as being larger than it actually was, which was disappointing. we were surprised to find out that there was no iron available to borrow, forcing us to use the hotel's laundry service which took a whole day.

The sauna area was fantastic, and we were able to access it for an extra fee. We arrived late, but being able to enjoy the sauna made our stay more enjoyable. The room service soups were also quite good, providing a tasty and convenient meal option.
Our room did not match the size described and shown in the pictures. It felt smaller and not as spacious as expected.

the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and great amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel also had a fantastic sauna area, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.
There were instances of loud children during dinner, which disrupted the peaceful ambiance at times.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious mountain retreat. The location was breathtaking, nestled high in the mountains, providing stunning views all around. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the delicious room service, which offered a variety of options, including soups that were perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. The hotel also had a wonderful sauna area, which was well-maintained and offered a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
